Mystery Box! - What Will You Get?!

It's definitely worth the wait and much bigger than i thought it would be, the lil miniatures are super cute too

I messaged the owner through the website when I first made my order--i bought a medium mystery box because I was hoping maybe for a couple items; I'm a beginner so a particularly large or firm toy is something that I can't really deal with yet. I was hoping giving them a heads up would help them make a good choice for me.
I did not receive a response. Nervous, I emailed the owner. Did not receive a response. Waited 10 days--and opened a PayPal dispute. Then my box got shipped, and then I received an email reply, wherein one of the owners told me their email from the website was messed up.
What I ended up receiving was beautiful and fantastically made, a long with a few smaller squishies I adore. Unfortunately, as a beginner, this is a toy I will not be able to use for some time, which is what I was truly hoping to avoid.
I did close my PayPal dispute. I did receive what I'd bought. I feel that an enormous amount of care is given to the molds that CF Ateliers uses. Their products are obviously very nice.
Their communication and the fact that I only received replies while my dispute was open is why this is ranked at a 3. I prefer to support small business and I was willing to look past all of this if the owners corrected the communication problem but seeing as the last question I sent has been ignored over a week...

You'll get a great product. No doubt about that. But you might not get any communication or questions answered while you wait and their lead times are not accurate on their site (or weren't for me).
Buy with caution but know that when I say their products are high quality, I do mean it. I can't use what I was sent but I love the squishies.
I picked 3 stars because it felt neutral. I'm sorry this worked out this way for both of us.

I am very satisfied with my order with the big main prize( perfectly picked) and a bunch of fun little mini's and 4 tasty treats, would buy again💜

I paid for the medium box and I received a Hieldvär, it was much bigger than I was expecting but the pour was gorgeous! I also received 1 frog squishie and 2 minis (Grubchub and Knotzilla) 100% worth the value, probably going to order again in a smaller size!
